What services do you offer?

We offer an array of maintenance services which covers electrical, plumbing, AC, Painting & Decorating, tiling, home appliance repair, and also cleaning services.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all areas within Dubai, however if you have a requirement outside of Dubai, however still within the UAE, then we would be happy to discuss this and see how we can help.

What are your operational hours?

We know that you can never predict when something may go wrong, therefore we are at hand 24/7 for all works. Our normal operational hours for the office is from 09.00am-18.00pm, however you can reach our team anytime via WhatsApp or telephone.

We do charge a call out fee for any emergencies after hours. If our services our required between the hours of 21:00- 08:00am then a charge will be applied based on the location, however you will be made aware of this prior to our team coming out to you.

Do you offer a free quote?

Yes, we will provide you with a free no obligation quote. All quotes are sent to you in writing.

If I wish to proceed with a quote, what do I need to do?

We would be delighted to proceed with your works! All you need to do is sign the quote that has been sent to you to confirm you wish to proceed, and make a payment of 50% of the quote value to book in the works.

You will then be assigned your own account manager who will talk you through the process, and keep you updated throughout.

All our team members are professionally trained, and qualified. You will be assigned a technician who is trained specifically for your project.
